Uttarakhand Revenue Portals: Certified Khatauni Online and Six New Services

Uttarakhand revenue portals launched by CM Dhami for online certified Khatauni and land records

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched six Uttarakhand revenue portals on 10 January 2026. He launched them at his residence in Dehradun. Notably, the Board of Revenue (Rajasva Parishad) developed the portals for the Revenue Department. With them, citizens can get a certified Khatauni online from home. So, people no longer need to visit the tehsil for this record.

The Six Portals

The DIPR listed six portals. First, the updated e-Bhulekh issues certified Khatauni copies online. Second, Bhu-Naksha shows cadastral maps free of charge. Third, Bhulekh Ansh creates separate share records for joint landholders. Also, Bhu-Anumati handles land-use permissions online. In addition, Agri Loan and e-Vasooli (e-RCS) complete the set.

How Citizens and Farmers Benefit

Under e-Bhulekh, users pay a fixed fee through a payment gateway. Then, they get the certified Khatauni by mobile or internet. Also, Bhulekh Ansh will help build a farmer registry. Meanwhile, Agri Loan lets farmers apply online for bank loans against their land. After repayment, the land charge ends automatically once the bank issues an NOC.

Faster Permissions and Recovery

Bhu-Anumati makes permits for industrial and agricultural land use fully online. Further, it digitises land purchase permissions in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar. Similarly, e-Vasooli lets banks and departments send recovery cases to the Collector online. As a result, they can track every stage of a case. The CM said the portals would bring great relief to citizens.

Officials at the Launch

Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan and Revenue Secretary S. N. Pandey attended. Also, Ranjana Rajguru, Secretary and Commissioner of the Board of Revenue, was present. In addition, NIC Senior Director (IT) Manish Walia joined. Meanwhile, District Magistrates and tehsil officials joined through video conferencing.

What Is a Khatauni?

A Khatauni is a village-level record of rights. It lists landholders, their holdings and their shares. Hence, people need it for loans, sales, mutation and court cases.
