Background and Motivation

Her parents are her first motivation. She watched them work hard and struggle for their children. Therefore, she always wanted to become something for them. After marriage, her husband, a Captain in the Indian Army, became another big source of inspiration.
A Long Road with Many Failures
Anshika started preparing right after Class 12. Initially, she swung between medical, defence and civil services. As a result, she spent years finding her real goal. Meanwhile, she faced many exams and many failures.
Yet, she never quit. Whenever she felt like giving up, she remembered her parents’ struggle. “If they never gave up, how can I?” she would ask herself. Also, her husband and in-laws supported her fully. In fact, her in-laws would lock her in a room and tell her to just study!
Additionally, she turned negative comments into fuel. Instead of breaking her, those remarks pushed her to do better.
