These terms apply when you use samvegias.com, the SAMVEG IAS Practice Hub at samvegias.com/practice, or buy a plan, batch, test series or digital product from SAMVEG IAS Academy, Dehradun (“we”, “us”). By using the website or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Our services

We provide coaching and study resources for UKPSC, UKSSSC, UPSC and other state civil services exams. On this website you can:

  • use the Practice Hub, where a free set of previous-year questions opens every day;
  • buy a Pro plan of the Practice Hub, which adds Sectional Practice, Time Machine (full previous-year papers) and Time Dilation (older daily sets);
  • enrol in our batches (online or classroom courses) and test series;
  • buy digital study material, such as the SAAR current-affairs compilations, as PDF downloads from the SAMVEG Shop (samvegias.com/shop);
  • read free articles, current affairs, magazines and previous-year papers.

2. Your account

  • You sign in to the Practice Hub with your Google account. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone who uses it can use your Practice Hub account.
  • An account is for one person only. Do not share it, sell it or let others use it.
  • Give correct details when you enrol or pay. We may contact you about your account, plan or course.
  • You must be old enough to make a payment yourself, or have a parent or guardian make it for you.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The current prices of the Pro plans are on our Pricing page, and they include GST. Batch and test series fees are shown on each course page or told to you before you enrol.
  • Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
  • A Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period (for example, 3 months or 6 months). It does not renew automatically, and you are never charged again unless you buy again.
  • Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you buy again while Pro is active, the new period is added after your current end date.
  • We may change prices for new purchases. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.
  • A SAMVEG Shop product (PDF magazines and compilations) is a one-time payment through Razorpay. After the payment is confirmed, you can download the files from samvegias.com/shop while signed in with the same Google account.

4. Refunds

Pro plans are non-refundable. Digital products bought from the SAMVEG Shop (PDF magazines and compilations) are also non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once paid for, because the files can be downloaded at once; before you pay, you tick a box to accept this. Batches and test series are refundable as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. A payment that fails, or a payment taken twice for one purchase, is always refunded.

5. Using the Practice Hub fairly

You agree not to:

  • copy, download in bulk, or republish our solutions, explanations or test content;
  • use bots, scripts or other tools to read questions or answers automatically;
  • make more than one account, or use unfair means to get a higher rank on the leaderboard;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

If you break these rules, we may remove your scores from the leaderboard, or suspend or close your account without a refund.

6. Our content

Previous-year questions belong to the commissions that set them. The solutions, explanations, notes, articles, magazines, test papers and design of this website are the work of SAMVEG IAS Academy. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, sell or share them without our written permission.

Each copy bought from the SAMVEG Shop is for the buyer’s own study only and carries the buyer’s email address on every page. Sharing, uploading, forwarding or selling it, in full or in part, is not allowed. If a copy is shared, we may end that account’s access without a refund.

7. Accuracy

We take great care to keep questions, answers and solutions correct. Even so, mistakes can happen, and answer keys can change. If you find an error, please use the Report button on the question or tell us through the Contact Us page. Our content is for study only. It is not an official answer key, and we do not promise any result or selection in any exam.

8. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features of the website and the Practice Hub. If we stop a paid feature during your Pro period, we will offer a fair solution, such as extending your plan or a part refund for the unused period.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for any loss that comes from a short break in service, a technical fault, or the use of our content. Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
